Lord, I'm dedicating the next 40 days to you. It takes two people to make a relationship work. I want to do my part by taking that one small step of faith to come back to You, the true author of love. No longer do i want to find satisfaction in the things of this world for an emptiness only you can fill. I want to reach new levels of intimacy in my relationship with you. I have remained stagnant for too long Lord. I'm coming back to You, my first love. Teach me to obey you, to fear you and to truly love You with all my heart.
